The Platform supports three distinct user categories:

Experts/Consultants:

• Professional registration and profile creation

Project Owners/Individuals:

• Project creation and posting
• Expert hiring and management
• Project oversight and collaboration
• Access to benchmarking and virtual AI tools

Organizations (Public and Private):

• Corporate account management
• Multi-user access and administration
• Enterprise-level project management
• Full platform feature access

3.1 Account Creation

To access Platform services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Choose a secure password and protect account credentials
• Verify your identity as required by UAE and GCC regulations

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities conducted through your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring compliance with these Terms and applicable laws

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Not contain offensive or inappropriate material
• Not infringe intellectual property rights

5.1 Professional Qualifications

Experts and Consultants must:

• Possess genuine professional qualifications and experience
• Provide accurate credentials and work history
• Maintain professional certifications and licenses
• Comply with applicable professional standards and codes of conduct

5.2 Service Delivery

When providing consulting services, you agree to:

• Deliver services with professional competence
• Meet agreed timelines and deliverables
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Provide regular project updates and communication

5.3 Expert Ratings and Reviews

• Client feedback and ratings may be publicly displayed
• You may respond to reviews in a professional manner
• False or misleading reviews are prohibited
• Disputes regarding reviews will be handled per our dispute resolution process

6.1 Project Posting Requirements

When creating projects, you must:

• Provide clear and accurate project descriptions
• Set realistic timelines and budgets
• Specify required skills and qualifications
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

6.2 Expert Selection and Hiring

• You are responsible for evaluating and selecting experts
• All hiring decisions are at your sole discretion
• You must provide clear project requirements and expectations
• Payment terms must be agreed upon before project commencement

6.3 Project Management

Project owners agree to:

• Provide necessary project information and resources
• Respond promptly to expert communications
• Review deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to agreed terms

7.1 Corporate Registration

Organizations must:

• Provide valid business registration documents
• Designate authorized representatives
• Maintain current corporate information
• Comply with corporate governance requirements

7.2 Multi-User Management

• Organizations are responsible for managing user access
• All organization users must comply with these Terms
• Organizations are liable for actions of their authorized users
• Administrative controls and permissions must be properly managed

8.1 Platform Fees

• Service fees and commission structures are detailed in our Fee Schedule
• Fees may vary based on user type and service level
• All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
• Fee changes will be communicated with appropriate notice

8.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through approved payment processors
• Users must provide valid payment information
• Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

8.3 Taxes and Compliance

• Users are responsible for applicable taxes and duties

9.1 Platform IP

The Platform and all related intellectual property, including:

remain the exclusive property of ThinkTankX AI and our licensors.

9.2 User Content

You retain ownership of your original content but grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Rights necessary to provide Platform services
• Permission to create derivative works for Platform functionality
• Authority to sublicense to third-party service providers

9.3 AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated insights and recommendations are Platform intellectual property
• Users may use AI outputs for their intended business purposes
• Commercial redistribution of AI content requires separate authorization
• AI training data and models remain our proprietary technology

10.1 Privacy Compliance

Our data collection, processing, and protection practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12.1 Platform Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy and completeness of information
• Reliability of AI recommendations and insights
• Compatibility with user systems and requirements

12.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO:

• Direct damages only (no indirect, consequential, or punitive damages)
• The amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Specific remedies outlined in these Terms

12.3 User Relationship Disclaimer

• We are not party to agreements between users
• We do not guarantee user performance or deliverables
• Disputes between users must be resolved independently
• We provide the platform for user connections only

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable GCC regulations.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process

3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration

• Outstanding obligations remain enforceable

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThinkTankX AI.
